Our engineering services cover all the process related works that are required for the detailed planning and successful execution of a plant building project. We assume responsibility for the entire range of the process engineering tasks, from the concept development and the sizing of the components up to the creation of the functional design specifications and the operating manual.

Basic- and Detail-Engineering

The terms basic- and detail-engineering refer to stages of the execution process of a plant building project from which, based on the process concept, the documents result that are required for the procurement of the components of the plant as well as for the creation of the plant control system. Part of the process engineering tasks during basic- and detail-engineering are additionally the creation and maintenance of the piping and instrumentation diagram.

Concept Development

For the planning of a process plant the concept development serves to establish the features of the plant that are crucial regarding costs and space requirements based on the requested plant capacity and considering the ambient conditions of the planned location as well as contractual and legal restrictions. Among other things, part of the concept development are the computational validation of the process concept, clarifications with suppliers, as well as the creation of basic documents as starting point for the project execution.
